Fish on Blue
I was studying Japanese Fish prints and became inspired for this surreal blue fish painting. The underpainting was done with stencils and spray paint, and then several layers of transparent paint allowed the fish scales and patterns to show underneath. I finished it off with a heavy gloss coat to give the appearance of water.
