Ruth always felt a creative calling since she was 6, but went into graphic design because she needed to make a living. Once her kids were raised she began trying to reconnect with her Art by learning watercolor.

After 8 weeks of working with me Ruth went from making very little progress and feeling stuck – to painting a series of paintings with her own voice, booking a show, and selling her first painting.

Ruth was taking classes and videos, but felt lost in a sea of youtube videos. She had no idea how to find her way to that exciting Art life she wanted for herself.

Although she was good technically at watercolor,  she wasn’t finding out who she was as an Artist. And she wasn’t enjoying her art anymore.  Her brain was getting tired of making a perfect watercolor – she was over it.

“I knew this was going to be a big life change (to commit to my Art). I was afraid I wasn’t good enough…. I have done so much for my kids and my husband… and I realized I deserve this, life is short, I’m going to run out of time here if I don’t make these life changes now.”
